At last, or OMG, did he really just ask me to marry him? At first, the shock takes over your entire body. After a few moments of floating in pure love and acceptance of spending the rest of your life with the most important person to you on this planet that little voice creeps in and says “wedding planning”. OMG! Your vision of how and where your ceremony takes place is being created. The colors, the flowers, the venue, the guest list, the rings, the dress, on and on. You have this perfect picture of the best experience of your life in your mind. Now, it’s time to plan!

As a professional fitness educator it is always my priority to promote appropriate exercise, healthy eating habits, lots of water, good sleep and a consistent path of educating yourself about your passion in life.

When a turning point happens in your life and your looking forward to a positive change like getting married it may become stressful with all of the planning. Regardless if its a destination or local wedding it is unacceptable to ignore your health. First on the priority list is hiring a professional trainer to create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals. Don’t put yourself on the back burner. Carve out the time for your fitness growth ASAP. Trust me, you will be grateful you did not procrastinate.

Start Now with These Fitness Tips:

Be consistent

Ask questions

Be ferocious in your workouts

Eat well (consult a nutritionist if you are not seeing results in 3 months)

Get someone who loves you to hold you accountable

Have fun!
