Graduates, friends and members of The Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce helped celebrate the Atlanta School of Massage 30th Anniversary on November 8, 2010. Members of the Dunwoody Chamber of Commerce joined Leticia Allen and the management team at the reception for an official ribbon cutting with giant scissors.
Graduates and friends were able to enjoy free chair massages, make-up consultations and refreshments. Guests were also able to participate in a raffle to win gift cards from SensAbility, the teaching clinic of Atlanta School of Massage and Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics.
As part of the celebration the student clinic was redesigned with environmentally friendly elements and given a new name: SensAbility.
SensAbility provides a calmer and more relaxing environment, with a color palette in shades of earthy blue and green. New wall color, carpet, ambient lighting and furnishings enhance the welcoming atmosphere for clients and the training experience for students.
A sustainable approach was taken when choosing these elements with environmentally friendly selections including:
We had an online raffle for graduates earlier in the fall as part of the celebration. BIOTONE massage lotions and oils, a Jane Iredale gift bag, and a grand prize of an Oakworks -Portal Pro 3 Chair Package was donated by our generous vendors as prizes.
Congratulations to the winners!
