A Different Kind Of Trainer, It’s Not Just About The Physical

By: Caren Feingold

Caren Feingold, Personal Trainer

The real goals are something like this: feeling comfortable in one’s own skin; having more than enough energy for life’s daily activities; having a strong sense of self-worth and the belief that you can accomplish whatever you put your mind to.

Trust The Process

By: Caren Feingold

Caren Feinstein, Personal Trainer

I know that some people embrace challenges; that they actually relish stretching their abilities and feeling out of their depths. I would like to be one of those people but I’m not there yet. On the other hand, it’s pretty gutsy to make a total career change at the age of 62, right?

Breaking Generational Curses With Fitness And Diet

By: Admin

Robyn Smith, personal trainer

I am breaking generational curses by living the life that I live. I am the only one in my family that does not have high blood pressure. I am 52 right now. I’ve changed my living habits years ago. People in my family usually get diagnosed WITH SOMETHING in their 20’s. So I want to help others break chains of unhealthiness within other families, if possible.

Atlanta School of Massage PTP Transformational Challenge

By: Alex Berger

ATLANTA SCHOOL OF MASSAGE PTP TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE

If you are in need of motivation in your life, head over to Atlanta School of Massage to get your daily dose of positivity and inspiration! The other morning, they welcomed me into their building to talk about their school, and the transformation challenge they are currently having. I knew that I was going to talk with them, and watch them, but I did not know that I would leave with so much motivation, and passion flowing through my veins. Their spirit and energy that they emit is contagious. You can tell that everyone was serious about helping others, becoming healthier, and improving their lifestyles. What amazed me the most was their support system. You can tell that each person is not there just because they have to be; they genuinely want to be there, and want to lift others up around them.

Why Choose The Atlanta Personal Trainer Program?

By: Admin

Atlanta Personal Trainer, Tonia Reid

Enhancing Your Toolkit with Dual Certifications

By: Justin Davis

Justin Davis MS, NASM-CPT, CSCS

There’s an old saying that states, “If all you have is a hammer, everything starts to look like a nail.” In my opinion, when most people are faced with a problem, they reach for the tools with which they have the most experience. A particular exercise is not always the best answer to a certain problem, but it may be the only answer a personal trainer can think of. In the same way, a massage stroke may not be the best answer either, but it might be the only answer an LMT can think of.
